lack of care and upkeep. no snow removal so EMS will not make it out to you if needed. Management works 15 hrs a week if lucky and doesnt return calls
Resources are not used properly. Access to Management or Maintenance is extremely limited and calls never returned. Certain things that seem natural and normal.. like car ports and tree care are frowned on. Children's areas and Lake Access need more attention as well as signs saying "slow down".

It's a quite trailer park.should be able to have any kind of porch you want.had a good maintenance guy but she didn't give him a chance to learn anything.
