Was very unorganized between the online sales, local sales and financing. Whole process was confusing, little communication, left us in the dark. Even the territorial manager wouldn't call me back. BUT I'm glad it happen that way as we had time to research Tri Pointe homes. Turns out Tri Pointe homes use to be Trend Maker homes with numerous complaints/lawsuits on sites such as BBB, facebook, even videos on youtube.
