Waited 45 minutes in the waiting area. When asked how much longer, they said he was running at least an hour behind. This should have been stated when checking in. Will not recommend to anyone and will not go back.
RecommendedLove Dr. Kaza he's done 3 polyp removal surgeries on me, it's great being able to breathe out my nose. Now if we can get insurance to cover the in office procedure, instead of getting put under at like twice the cost. Taking my daughter there as well, can't wait for Dr. Kaza to see her.
Excellent staff and doctors! Dr Kaza is amazing and has a fantastic personality that really made my daughter feel very comfortable!
Dr. Kaza has performed 4 surgeries on me (Dr. Yates assisted with 2)...and I would never go anywhere else. The entire staff is amazing...very professional and caring, they always treat you with respect, and they talk to you like you're a person...not just another chart. Highly recommended!
Great staff from front desk to the doctor! I called them to see my 77 yr old mother and was so impressed with the kindness and care she received that when I needed an ENT I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Been coming here since I was a little girl and Dr. Yates is by far the best doctor that I have had couldn't have asked for a better doctor.
Waited almost 45 minutes to be seen! Unacceptable!
