Installed new garage door through Home Depot. Happy with the work and all the communication from Lakeside
We had two chain openers from 1991 that were end-of-life. Lakeside Doors was recommended by my neighbor, and my own research concluded that they were professional; so I made contact and started the process. I had questions about various openers and the receptionist was knowledgeable, so I was able to make a good decision about the openers I wanted installed. Both of our garage door pulley systems failed within a week of each other. Lakeside Doors came out the same day the second failed and fixed both doors on the spot for a reasonable price. Ty and team were professional, friendly, clear, and efficient. Even though our entire garage door system is pretty worn at this point, I appreciated that they only replaced what they needed to and left still functioning pieces in place. We can’t say enough good things about Lakeside garage doors! They came out quickly and evaluated our problem even knowing we didn’t have power! Then got items ordered and scheduled to install when power was on! All while we were in Arizona! The ladies on the phone were so great! Thank you all for your wonderful customer service! Really appreciate it!
