I have had dental work done at Dr. Knutsen's years ago Dr. Knutsen has also done some work on my son. He has always been very nice and professional and he listened to my concerns. His staff is very nice as well and it is a awesome atmosphere.
Worst experience ever with the dental work being done on me. I was in pain. The staff is nice, but the dentist doesn't care. He never really explained any work being done. I felt he only cared about the money he was making. I spend a lot of money there and expected better care and customer services from the dentist.
From the first phone call to my last cleaning I was ALWAYS treated with respect and made to feel very welcome. I hadn't been to a dentist in 40 years and I had to have extensive work done. At no time did I feel any pain either physically or emotionally. I highly recommend the entire staff at the clinic.
I felt like they didn't care about me. The dentist seemed unhappy to answer my questions. They also require two days cancellation notice rather than the ususal one. The hygenist was very friendly and easy to relate to.
