Highly recommend this dental practice!!! In the office today with a broken crown. Dr. Morales was so skilled, gentile & caring with his care; very professional dentist. Rita, assisted today & explained everything to me; I felt well taken care of. The office staff is efficient & I appreciated so much Gussie’s many pre-visit conversations with me, as I was out of the country when my crown broke. This Lakeside Dental office charged for additional imaging without my consent. My insurance coverage is 100% for all services and have never had additional costs. Additional charges were added beyond the normal scope of service unbeknownst to me. After confirming with dental insurance of my coverage and presenting this to the office manager, they were unwilling to act ethically and fix their error. I have no complaints with Dr. Morales or my hygienist. Canceled my follow up and will choose another dentist for my family. Very... read more
