I was the patient that went by Joseph, there was a girl there who went by the name JoJo but that was just a preferred nickname. I am trans, everyone knew I was trans, yet not a single one of the staff besides one doctor called me by MY preferred name. I was forced to sit with the girls as well. That's my FIRST complaint. My second one is that although three staff members, Nurse Stacy, Nurse Brown, and the doctor who works on holidays whose name I forgot, were all AMAZING and made my time there barrable. I HATE IT!!!!! It sucks because the staff was so mean, and the kids were so mean too. Fights keeps on happening and they will try to fight you too and the food is sooo gross and then you can't even use shampoo to wash your hair and your body you have to use a rag to wash your hands and your body with no soap and the water is sooo cold at this point this just made my depression worse. JUST PLS DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!
