I was nervous about starting therapy sessions but Lakeside made the process so easy! From the staff to my therapist, everyone went above and beyond to ensure I received quick and appropriate care. Cannot recommend enough.

Each therapist is different, and everyone needs something different from therapy. I won’t comment on the therapy itself because I would never want to discourage someone from seeking care. However, I was very disappointed with the billing system. Lakeside has responded to my review stating that their policy is to process session charges only after a therapy session has occurred, rather than in advance.
