I followed Dr. Gagneja from her former office because I had been with her for 15 years and love how easy she is to talk to about anything and how down to earth and realistic she is about helping me meet my health goals. Coming to this office was the icing on the cake because it is a calm and quiet environment where I feel like I have the privacy of sitting down with Dr. G with fewer interruptions and the parking is super easy. I have nasal polyps that began recurring immediately after a surgical procedure in January. And there was plenty of medicine practiced along the way to surgery, as was clearly documented by my ENT, Dr. Cohen, in my medical record when he prescribed Dupixent. After much back and forth with my insurer, I finally learned that Health Net gives Lakeside/Regal a pile of money to deal with processing all injectables (like Dupixent). I have no serious beef with my doctors or front office staff (though some could, in my opinion, make returning calls a little more of a priority). I saw Dr. Gagneja and she is very professional and also personable at the same time. She explained everything so I could understand my own health issues. She spend time with you and makes sure that she answers any questions you may have.
