To begin, the link in the email to pre-register for the upcoming appointment failed to send me a one-time code to the phone number I provided several times, which eventually locked me out, my name and address was also spelled wrong. I love all my doctors that work with me in this Healthcare Community. They are all very caring people. They want the best for me and are looking to see me thrive instead of sliding backwards.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lakeside and their locations. Particularly this one today. I’ve been trying to coordinate essential blood work and maintain a consistent doctor, but the office has made it nearly impossible. I have been shuffled between three different providers, none of whom were the one actually assigned to me. Every time I find a doctor, I’m informed they have already left the practice.
