I have no serious beef with my doctors or front office staff (though some could, in my opinion, make returning calls a little more of a priority). I saw Dr. Gagneja and she is very professional and also personable at the same time. She explained everything so I could understand my own health issues. She spend time with you and makes sure that she answers any questions you may have.

I visited Lakeside Community Healthcare - West Hills, located at 7325 Medical Center Dr. Ste. 300 West Hills, CA 91307, yesterday for the first time at 9:30 a.m. for an appointment: it went horrible. To begin, the link in the email to pre-register for the upcoming appointment failed to send me a one-time code to the phone number I provided several times, which eventually locked me out, my name and address was also spelled wrong.
