My service advisor was Matt at Lakeside Collision in Shelby Township. Matt was very upfront on the repair on my Mustang GT. Matt and all of the rest of the staff was very helpful, gave me updates on the progress of the repair the whole time the car was there. They understood my concerns, made sure they took the necessary steps to address those concerns. They finished the car about 5 days early, the repair was above and beyond and the car looks awesome! Incredible Detailing Service – Above and Beyond! I brought my car to Lakeside Collision after a premium car wash was unable to remove a stubborn salt stain from the hood of my 2024 Trax (salt that dripped from above in a parking garage ). Mark immediately helped me feel at ease with his determination to fix the issue.
