When my 3 month old became sick with a pretty bad cold I took her in to be checked for RSV. A nurse that I had never seen there before was rude, unpleasant and just plain aggressive with us. She came in to swab my daughters' nose and was EXTREMELY rough!!! She jammed the swab in her nose so quick and hard to where my baby cried so hard that she couldnt breath!! LAKESIDE CHILDREN'S CLINIC REVIEW – We love Dr. Neumann, our pediatrician at Lakeside Children's Clinic. We have been going there with our daughter since she was born almost 16 years ago. I think the problem in the situation in the last review was the doctor himself. Either he doesn't manage his time well or has too many patients scheduled too close together. I've tried other pediatric clinics in the past and was not nearly as happy as we are with Lakeside.

Lakeside CC - Doctors lack respect for their clients – My husband and I have 3 children, which have been patients of Lakeside Children's Clinic from the day of their birth. My oldest is 11 yrs, middle is 4 yrs and youngest is 9 weeks. In the beginning, our wait time was within an hour; however, over the past few years, I have noticed that the wait time has been apx 2 -3 hours.
