Dealer responded with a form letter response with my name inserted only saying he will be contacting me. I responded with specific questions. He never answered or followed up further. It is now 8 days later.
Called back several times, and professional
Ok
Great experience and follow up, I have bought a vehicle at a local place.
Very helpful and the vehicle was well prepared for sale. Loved the support buying, financing, and taking possesion of this Passat in a very short time period. This dealership will get my repeat business.
