Jason was very accommodating, very thorough and personable. Jason went out of his way to ensure that all our needs were met. We already recommended the dealership and Jason to our friends.
There is a young man in the service department by the name of Chap who is great. He shows so much compassion for what he does, I like the fact that he takes really good care of his customer. I love the fact that he keeps a smile during the whole time he's talking to you and goes above and beyond to satisfy his customer. He knows his customers by name and that is very important too because it shows that he cares. He is to be commended for his great customer service skills, keep up the good work Chap.
