I go to this location due to proximity and they seemed to have good service advisors. Chap was good to deal with, but I never seem to go when he is there. I can confirm Liz will do what you ask, and nothing more. This is the 2nd time I've picked up a vehicle that needed something extra, and it wasn't brought to my attention. We have purchased 5+ vehicles from Lakeside Chevrolet and they are our go to service dept. Service is personal and exceptional. Yes, we sometimes have to wait for repairs, but that's only because others feel like we do. We won't go anywhere else.
It was a wonderful experience. Jason, Al & Michelle were all knowledgeable and attentive and we felt the price negotiation were fair and efficient. We love our new Silverado EV!
Un professional.. 7/24/25. Called to check on a vehicle listed on website. Fernando was the salesperson that answered the phone. He sounded like he was asleep, never identified himself, I had to ask his name. He put me on hold and physically located the truck. He stated that it was in the wash bay and would be on the lot soon.
