Michelle was very professional and efficient through text while I was deciding which vehicles to choose. When I arrived to the salesman Kori the everything was prepared. One thing I really liked was they're family owned so it didn't seem like the buying process would be difficult. Kori was really nice and a great salesman. Though I liked the vehicle and had a good experience, I ultimately chose a different vehicle bc it was more sporty in look. I’m not a car shopper, but my experience with this dealership was amazing from the very beginning. I have been looking for quite some time. My husband made a few phone calls on my behalf because he knew I was becoming frustrated. Immediately Bubba sent us some pictures of a car that I fell in love with. BEWARE!!! WARNING!!! DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE!!! I got my oil changed at an independent shop for the first time since buying the truck 11 years ago. The truck has always been serviced at Lakeside Chevy but this last time something didn’t feel right. It’s a 5.3 V8. Come to find out they only put 6 quarts in when it takes 8 quarts. I can’t trust them anymore, I will never take my truck there again.
