When they tell you that they are going to do a full detail your vehicle for you they LIE!!! They were supposed to do a full detail on it. Instead they just do the outside and scratch your paint job all to hell and they don't even clean the trunk or the main area. You tell someone all they say I don't know what to tell you. You mean to tell me you had my car for a month waiting on parts and all you can say I don't know what to tell you about the detail job. I wouldn't recommend this place to buy a car. Scott Muck was the best! Between him and the finance team they helped me out of a bad situation. I am beyond thankful. Scott was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable when I had questions. He did not pressure me into anything and only showed me vehicles that would suit my needs. I would recommend Scott to anyone!
I had found a truck online was just going out to look at it but need to ask for directions called and talked to Amanda who was very friendly and helpful she told me to see Brian which I found the truck talked to Charles who was wonderful long story short I left with the truck no stress and feeling like I got a new family cuz he showed us around and introduced us to everyone who will be taking care of our new truck Thanks again Amanda Charlie and all that help us get our truck. Will be sending family and friends out your way.
Dennis and Erika went out of their way to explain things and were very courteous and polite. The work was done quickly and professionally.
