Moya was very helpful in explaining the process and connecting with our son during his evaluation.
We used the above facility for learning disability testing for our daughter. Everything went ok in the beginning and once testing was complete they had diagnosed her. I let them know that we would be seeking therapy serveries else where closer to home. It was almost an hour and a half drive to their facility from my home. That was in January on 2026. They started charging my credit card that I had used to pay for a couple of initial services without my consent. They had a payment plan option listed on the payment portal so I set up one, however, apparently it doesn't work so they kept just trying to charge the full amount ($2000+ for two evaluations) multiple times. Now after that has happened, looking back I am questioning the authenticity of this organization.
