I had an absolutely terrible experience with ICAN. My therapist completely failed to show up for our scheduled appointment, and nobody even bothered to give me a heads-up or call to cancel. To make matters worse, when I arrived, there was absolutely nobody working at the front desk to help or explain what was going on. I had a very disappointing experience with this provider, particularly when it came to billing and communication. My insurance (Premera) incorrectly processed a claim, applying it to my deductible instead of my copay. Rather than helping resolve the issue, the provider was quick to bill me for the higher amount and made no apparent effort to work with the insurer. What is going on with billing and why am I being charged 3 days in a row without anyone telling me before scheduling how much everything was going to be. This isnt ok. And you cant physically talk to anyone ita all through a app. 175.33 and what it looks like is I will have more coming out for each code they are giving me. NOT OK! 3 days in a row. Why wasnt this disclosed before scheduling.
