If I could give a zero I would. 1.When my sister in-law moved in the bathtub in one bathroom was rusted so bad it woud have cut your feet to use it. Causing them to have to reepoxy it almost poisoning her in the process. 2. 5 outlets didnt work and two still dont 3. Screen door has huge hole in it 4. There were roaches everywhere!!!! 5. We have our own community! A place we can call home. Taylor, Michelle and Mariah are awesome. They go out of their way to assist us. They are knowledgeable, professional, very caring and get everything and anything we need accomplished. I've never experienced such a great office staff. Our maintenance men Jaime and Scott that I've had the experience of meeting have been absolutely remarkable. They keep our place running and in working order. Mariah, and Michelle were excellent in getting everything prepared for our move in, it was seamless, always answered our questions and very polite. Very pleased with unit.
We moved in, in March of 2020, the process took awhile, the complex was going through changing staff, but...I couldn’t be happier. The office staff is very friendly, and the complex is quiet and I love the outside look. Our 1 bd apt is cute and is perfect for my husband and I. Our a/c went out on a Saturday after office hours.
