I love my place. Maintenance is awesome. Front office is awesome. They have events here and support the residents with care and respect.
Maintenance responded quickly and solved my problem
I liked living here but dont expect anyone to answer your calls. They let the phone ring until it goes to voicemail, open it and say they've "resolved the voicemail" when they haven't.
When we left the apartment we hired a professional cleaning company to get our deposit back. We honestly left it in better shape than we found it. Not only did they not return the deposit, but they charged us $200 extra. I never received an email or invoice, and they sent us to collections for that amount. We moved because it took forever for one simple thing to be resolved and had to call multiple times to get it resolved. They shut the water off almost every week. Horrible management and horrible place to live.
