Been there yesterday as my doctor is just around the corner (and saw the place being busy - regularly a good sign ;-) Paid extra to clean tires and stuff (the $20 package #3), they did not even touch them. Got the car after 15 mins - and was very disappointed. I wish I had gone somewhere else - and having read some of the reviews, I can only advise you: take your business elsewhere. These people obviously do not care what they do.
I asked him to please vacuum the backseats because I had some dog hair and one guy literally just walked away. The other guy barely vacuumed and then said it's OK and walked away. So I said no it's not OK and drove away never going back there ever again..! I'm glad I didn't them a chance to wash it.!!
This place is horrible. They have two stars on Yelp for a reason. Two of my windows are still dirty both of my mirrors are still spotted my carpet is still dirty and I had to do it a second time and it's still dirty. Do not bother going to this place you're better off going to a do-it-yourself car wash you get a better job
This place is great if you like paying $22 to have your car remain dirty after the wash! In the words of the cashier "the combo #1 does not include removing all dirt from the car". Also, if you enjoy being screamed at on the phone, you'll love this car wash.
Love this historic wash. The Palm room waiting room, is delightful. They have a shoe shine stand and you get a good wash. No telling how many stars have come here since 1956.
Horrible. Don't go unless you want to pay money to have them break your car. No refund offered. Didn't take down my information or anything. I will say it's kind of fun to post daily pictures to their Yelp profile of the part they broke on my car until they do something about it. Until then, I highly suggest you don't waste your money here. #lakesidebrokemycar
