No one ever picks up the phone. I left 5 voicemails asking them to refill my prescription and never got an answer back. Finally had someone who was apathetic beyond belief call back after I kept hitting 0 and got a different voicemail (go figure, no one answered yet again). They claimed they tried to reach out to me several times and I do not have a single call missed or voicemail from them. As someone who works in healthcare and knows the stigma attached to mental illness, I was nervous about starting all over with a new psychiatrist. I am so impressed with Dr. Yanamadala, and his staff. Trisha is so helpful, and kind, never acts bothered or passes judgement. Ive never waited over 5 minutes to see him, and he offers the best IOP program, that specifically helps manage work, home, and life related stress. Doctor Y has been my most helpful and favorite psychiatrist I have ever had in my mental health journey. He cares immensely for his patients and listens to their needs and is genuine to what they need and he acts very responsibly. I would definitely recommend friends and family to doctor Y.
