The doctor prescribed me medication which required pre authorization. I called the office multiple times to see what the status was. Long story short I wasted time and money and still do not have the meds I need. Very disappointing especially when you are seeing a doctor for help for depression.
I would put zero stars if I could. They make you come in every time you need a refill because they want your money. If you try to call they will NEVER answer. I ran out of my medicine 4 weeks ago and haven't been able to get anyone on the phone . I gave up and decided to get my meds through my primary doc but they needs forms. I've been trying for weeks to get these forms sent over but no one will answer the phone and I don't think they even listen to the voicemails.Then the appointments they make you come in for are 5 minut... read more
Absolutely terrible. Doctor doesn’t care to help what so ever.
Diane was one of the only therapist to help get me the help I truly needed and I am very grateful for her! Dr Y is amazing and listens as well! Great team at Lakeside!
