An unauthorized battery replacement was done on my vehicle, contrary to the Consumer Protection Act and was charged an inaccurate labour rate. Since the invoice was void of any vital information I asked what battery was installed; Kevin said he didn't remember and mumbled off a couple of names that made no sense. Not sure if he treats all customers like this but I certainly won't be back and advise everyone to avoid this pathetic excuse for a mechanic. I came to Kevin in a pinch. My tires weren’t torqued after a tire change elsewhere and I wouldn’t have made it home safely. Kevin hoisted my car up, helped me with no appointment and saved me, someone else on the road and my car from losing a tire. Thank you so much for your kindness and expertise. I will definitely be back.

Can't speak for other areas but this is hands down the best shop to bring your Land Rovers in the Simcoe area. Despite working at an autogroup, Kevin is the only one that services my LR3 when things pop up beyond my or our shops capabilities. Everything has been said here - reasonable prices, but most importantly great work performed - they really know their stuff. Thanks again!
