He was up-front about everything and wasn't just trying to force me i to getting a vehicle. We were able to make a deal work that made both of us happy. So far the vehicle is in great condition so im extremely happy. There was somwthing wrong with the A/C working and I had let him know. After the purchase he had me run to their shop to get it fixed. I bought a 2021 Ford Transit Connect in June 2025. Slava was very helpful and arranged to deliver the van to my home.The vans battery was original so Slava said they would replace it. In the 2 weeks I had the van the check engine light came on and the vans engine started to miss. I took it into Slavas mechanic near Swedish hospital (Edmonds) with no appt and they started work within the hour.
