We had a great experience with Dr. Block. We then went to CHEENT to meet with an ENT about our baby's ears and they said they felt the equipment and caliber of Dr. Blocks practice was top rate and that the testing they could do there would have paled in comparison. As a mom, I loved how fast they were able to get us in. The office staff was friendly and courteous and they handled all the billing for us.
I can't even begin to say enough about Dr. Block. Our daughter has severe/profound bi-lateral sensorineural hearing loss and we have been to many audiology offices in the last 2 years. We couldn't be happier to have finally landed in an office where our daughter is a person, friend and family member of this practice instead of another medical chart. Dr. Block is thorough, willing to listen and is amazing at what she does. So happy to have her in our lives as we continue down this hearing loss journey!
BEST place for the entire family for all of your hearing needs. My 3 year old daughter was seen by Dr. Kim Block and it was a fantastic ex perience.. As a newer mother, the facility did a great job helping a nervous mother and daughter through the process of scheduling, the actual appointment, and explaining the results. Dr. Block was truly amazing!! My daughter was less than 2 yrs old when Dr. Block checked her hearing. She took the time for my daughter to get comfortable with her before she began the testing and she did an amazing job of differentiating it to make it work for my daughter at such a young age. Dr. Block also took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything to me after the hearing testing was completed. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Block and staff. I would highly recommend!!
