Excellent apartment and pool. Good services and maintenance
Lakeside is amazing specially for a college student. Whether it is UCF or Full Sail University Lakeside is perfectly placed it is only .8 miles from full Sail and about 6 miles from UCF. The buildings are really nice and comfortable. The employees are really nice and when I was in need of a roommate asap they helped me out to find my current roommate who is awesome. In general Lakeside was amazing
I've visited many apartment complexes trying to find the right one and Lakeside is by far the best! The property is always well-maintained, very pet friendly, and its gated! The maintenance, Chase and Arturo are always friendly and quick to solve issues, and the other staff are always welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend living here! I've only lived here a short while, but so far compared to the other apartments I've lived in around this area, lakeside is much nicer and more attentive to their residents than most. They do a good job of keeping the area safe as well. Definitely a good place if you're a student at Full Sail too!
Moved my son in last week. They have recently been remodeled & the Lake View my son has is AwEsOmE!! Donna in the front office is AmAzInG!! He's HaPPy here!!
