Great customer service! 10/10 Recommendation!
Beautiful tree filled area. Nice and quiet complex with gardens and walkways. Units on first floor have no carpet which is great for dog owners. Units facing roads have berms to isolate from traffic noise. Looks like a great place to have a stress free life.
The AC unit went out. The new AC unit was replace in a timely fashion. Thanks to the lakeside maintenance crew.

The rent may look cheap, but you will end up paying hundreds more than you expect. In our experience, it was stressful, disappointing, and not worth the money. - The refundable $700 deposit is in fact non-refundable, and they will charge you extra when moving out. Awful management. I’ve lived here eight years and have paid rent on time throughout the years and this property management team is awful… intermittent hot And lukewarm water while taking a shower going on for months. I had to contact the city twice for code violations because we didn’t have hot water. Huge interference in front of my apartment with pipes, bursting ,mounds of dirt in front of my patio for months, zero communication as to when it will be fixed .
