Juan is a lifesaver! When my freezer stopped working, he immediately ordered a replacement and took care of everything with incredible speed.
My daughter and granddaughter and i love lakeside apartments with the workout room and swimming pool theres always something to do the grounds are always kept upthe maintenance crew always on call and take care of any emergency and non emergency calls with in hours time the manager nancy is always ready to help with anything you have questions about or just to stop in for friendly visit the best thing is we are in walking distance to college of DuPage and a great park district across the street with tennis and pickleball cou... read more

Mr. Juan was timely and very nice while I was experiencing heat troubles. It was extremely helpful because it was about to be close to 1 degrees. The maintenance team works wonders here!
Maintenance is always super prompt and helpful! Juan came today and fixed our lock and was extremely nice and helpful! Fixed it very quickly and came very fast after I requested the fix. Excellent maintenance team at lakeside at Wheaton!
