Living here for 17 years its still a great place to live. The maintenance great. Lovey grounds to walk by the pond. Dave

Quiet, peaceful, private neighborhood where I feel very safe. Able to walk unguarded but COVID conscious day and night. Respectful neighbors who may be noisy above me occasionally but always quiet after 9:00 pm. I love living at Arbor Place.
Terrible experience all around. Management is absolutely horrible. No matter how clean you keep your apartment the roaches and bugs keep coming around and you constantly call to get the pest control out to no avail. The gate at the front is constantly broke, but no one bothers to communicate this issue, so if you enjoy not being able to get to in after a double shift at the hospital this is the place for you. Great place to live,close to I-20
New resident going on 2 months, so far so good only very minor issues ( a heavy-footed toddler in above unit) other than that, love the view from my unit to the pond, great for my meditation, love the location and the quietness; moving here from downtown Charlotte is a big change. The staff has been exceptional from day 1, special thanks to Lisa C with all her asst, moving from out of town was made easier because of her. ***SO FAR SO GOOD***
Probably actually honoring the people who live here by repairing things when they are broken. My sister in law has been waiting over a year for the screen door to be fixed and three months on a broken dishwasher. They have asked multiple times for them to spray for bugs and roaches outside , and never gets answered. So ridiculous. Not to mention they increased their rent during all of this, and for what! I am so glad I don’t live in a community like this and it’s sad that she is stuck there! Just honor your contract!!!!
