I love living here! I have lived at Lakeside Apartments of Carmel for four and a half years and have had a wonderful experience. Maintenance request have always been completed in less than 24 hours. The grounds are well maintained and the management team has went above and beyond for a few special requests. Highly recommended!!!
I've been her for 2 years now and will be leaving at the end of the lease. First the good points: Maintenance are very good, and fast to help out. The apartments themselves are quite nice The pool area is nice when it's open. Now the not so good: The pool closes on dates rather than weather, last year they closed it and it was 90F for 3 straight weeks after. Maintenance are very good but you will have to use them a lot. Great Experience
I lived at Lakeside Apartments for almost two years, and it was a very positive experience. The community is well maintained, and the maintenance team was excellent—quick to respond, professional, and always helpful. The leasing office staff were friendly and supportive throughout my time there. I especially want to mention the community manager, Chris, who was consistently helpful, approachable, and genuinely cared about residents.
