Door code hasn't changed in 3 years. People who don't live there roam the halls. Anyone can access and come to your door as the main doors don't latch. Every Uber Eats driver, delivery driver knows there are NO cameras and they can access anytime. And as a result people stuff is getting stolen and they send and email on tips and tricks. I've sent so many request to get this fixed but am met with nothing but laziness. After a neighbor above, flooded my friend's apartment, it took management 4 days to decide they were going to pull the drywall down and replace it. Meanwhile it smelled horrible in the apartment. They never once tried to temporarily move her to another apartment, they said they would give her a giftcard and clean her apartment after all was done. I have very little confidence they will clean up much, as they left water puddles, and drywall dust everywhere after they poked holes in the ceiling. They said they were trying to d... read more
