Experiences has been great - friendly stuff, nice club house, great gym and good pool. Maintenance requests are carried out fast. There are some signs of wear and tear, but maintenance is ongoing, like new pool furniture and repainting interiors, which is good to see. We would like to have a more active community life, like events or other social gatherings.
I visited a friend who lives here and quite enjoyed it. They have a pretty lake with geese. They also have a nice hq with a good weight room, free wifi, coffee machine, and a pool. Everyone i met was friendly
