I have been living here for 18 months now and really can't recommend this place. Firstly, we have noisy neighbours above us. Their kids constantly run up and down, they stamp around and have even created a play room directly above our master bedroom. We are now the 2nd tenants to complain about the noise, and action was being taken...until the original manager left and a new manager took over. Stayed in Phase 2 of Lakeside for close to a year. The experience was excellent. The apartments are clean and modern. The property is very well maintained with prompt snow removal, etc. Location is close to Monon trail and downtown Carmel. The office staff was very professional, and it was a pleasure to interact with them. These will be my first choice for renting if I am back in Carmel.
