Do not move here!!! Our first apartment had no working ac, causing us to use portable ac units. One night, 3 raccoons broke into my sons nursery by ripping the screen on the window and pushing in the portable ac unit. I had to sit outside with my 2 year old for 6 hours waiting for animal control, the "after hour maintaince" was no where to be found.
