Nice Apartments incompetent management! I have lived in many different apartment complexes. This is the first one I have ever lived at that doesn't have a computer in the office. Apparently a few hundred dollars to improve efficiency isn't a good idea for the morons who run this business. When I showed up 3 years ago to get my rental contract I was baffeled when the manager painfully and slowly typed up my contract on a 1980's typewriter! It took close to half an hour. Lakeside apartments are the worst!!! These are the worst apartments in Turlock.!!!Do not live here.The managment Is horrible at best.They are always holding my rent check for months at a time,they never ever fix anything that you tell them about..The onsite manager acts like he is a police detective always in your buissness for no reason. He had a problem with visitors coming over like he had the right to tell me when and who i could have over.
