Did not depost upon leaving. I lived at Lakeside apartment for five years. While living there the apartment was never painted and carpet never cleaned. In fact the carpet was old and wasn't changed when I moved in 2004. Upon leaving in 2010 I requested my deposit back and I was told they was using it to remodel the apartment. They was using it to paint and changed the carpet. Of course others things had to be done to the apartment but this is the basic for not refunding the my refund.
