By the time my lease is up I will have lived here for a year. It’s not anything to write home about but it’s okay. $630 for a 2 bedroom is pretty cheap. The landlord is a nice guy and is around a lot but he’s a bit forgetful and often times doesn’t show up when he says he will (my bathtub faucet leaks something fierce and has since before I moved in, despite me telling him more than once).
