We have lived at this property for a little under two years, and we must say from the property manager (Lynette), and assistant manager, Ashley and leasing consultants, this property is very well run for it's size. We have been completed satisfied! And we would recommend this property to anyone searching for a beautiful apt. with excellent accommodations. L. Johnson
"Tenants Beware. Read your contract before signing anything." I do not recommend this place to anyone!! For the 5 months I lived there the health of the cats I own got worse and the vet bills piled up quickly. The neighbors next door let their dog bark continually; and let him run around on the breezeway scratching at neighbors doors. Lighthouse Apartments Fleming Island are full of disgusting conditions & are handed over to tenants who are expected to pay premium rent. Bathrooms have damaged mirrors and rust. Faucets are rusted out, chipped and dirty. Tubs have gross plastic strips trapping hair, pee and "other". Walls are built paper thin. When you open the cabinets, yikes! & then the ants and cockroaches. Eeww. You have to ask them multiple times to clean/fix items even when those items were marked during your walkthrough. This place is a dump!!
Be warned don't rent here!!!!It may look nice but it's a dump and the office staff are the biggest idiots that I ever met! It takes them months to fix anything and even when they try they still can't do it!The overflowing trash problem is a disgrace with maggots, raccoons and who knows what else is living in there.It's been 2 months and it's still not fixed!What a joke! I just moved in a month ago. Worst mistake I have made in awhile. Before I talk down on this place I will talk positive. The location is awesome and the layout even better. That is where I stop saying anything good. This place is run by a bunch of a young unmature personal. Nothing gets fixed to start, second pool is super stricted such as no beer, no coolers at the pool and no music. Stay away, totally wish I never moved in here! Not the greatest. Trash compacter is ALWAYS overflowing all over the sidewalk and grass. Residents pay $10/mo for trash pickup + $3.75/mo for trash billing in addition to the water and sewer charges. With 360+ apts we need more than the 1 compacter and 3 small dumpsters i,,, and trash pickup more than once a week. We pay $5 monthly for pest control but they come in only if you make a request and then it's only for the current problem.
