I've lived here for several years and it's a beautiful complex. Issues that has remained unaddressed since Anita left is parking and the and the inability of the new management to address it. Several tenants continuously park their second and 3rd cars in the visitors parking spaces for weeks on end and management is doing nothing. I myself have providers coming to my house to provides services for my child and they often have to park blocks away form my house because there no parking because the visitors parking is taken up ... read more
I have lived here for 25 years and it has had some problems maintaince is excellent maria in community room is the best we ever had but there are those that have pets don't pick up after them which makes it smell and lots of flys washers and dryers always are broken and can't find any parking. but the pools are always clean.
