Apts are not kept up. Maintenance is fly by night people.. The Management Team; they are prejudice, and partial to some! The pictures are very deceiving... The pool is always overly crowded with children, adults, and their friends...It's hardly ever opened and is usually filthy dirty/ green. Trash thrown all around, and trash dumpsters stinky and over filled always. Buildings and some stairwells are breaking up and ready to collapse. It's the worse place I've ever had to live, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!
Bugs, bugs, and more bugs. It’s truly disgusting and they’re everywhere. All in the fridge, microwave, in every room. I can’t leave a piece of bread out for just a second before they’re swarming. Pest control came yet the problem still hasn’t resolved.

I had water leaking out of my ceiling. Once I submitted the problem, a tech came out and fixed it. Apologized for the mess(water pan) and was extremely nice, respectful, and efficient.
The job was completed and I can now use my toilet. Thank you
