Their vets and staff are wonderful people the care they give our pets is beyond awesome
Dr. Chappell, Dr. West, Nurse Karen and all the staff at Lakeside are the best. I started taking my dog Sadie to them a few years ago when we found her on the street. She turned out to have bladder stones, heartworms, and congestive heart failure. The Dr's and staff at Lakeside helped us with Sadies meds, food, and medical care through lots of ups and downs over the last few years. I had my first experience with Dr Jones and his staff today and I must say it was a phenomenal experience considering the circumstances. Brandy at the front desk got us straight in without hesitation even though my cat was a new patient. I came here after having a bad experience elsewhere and they were very warm and welcoming. Dr Jones took his time and explained things to me and was very honest with the hard questions and decisions the needed to be made for my 13 year old cat.
