I was so excited to learn that there was another vet in this area that will see parrots. Dr. Ollis and staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I took my 3 parrots for wing, nail, and beak trims. I'll definitely be back!
My boyfriend and I take our cat Oscar and small dog Bentley here, and we absolute love it. So welcoming and the staff makes you feel right at home. Everyone always has a smile on their face. They truly care about the health and well being of your pet. They are very informative and I never leave without a complete understanding of my animals health. I just love it here and so happy to call Lakeside my vet.

Went for the first time today with my 3yr old pit mix. They are awesome! Love the environment and the people. Take the time and actually listen to my questions. And explained every little thing to me, which I love. They actually care and don't rush everything. This is going to be my permanent vet from now on!
Went in for our 1st visit with our new puppy. We were impressed how caring and clean the office is. We will continue to go back and have Dr Ollis take care of our little guy.
fantastic experience today! very clean, friendly staff, found the problem right away, Dr. Ollis recommended some things I could do to keep my 14 year old Buffy is the best health. First time my dog has not been shaking during a vet visit.
We, unfortunately, had to put our 15 year old dog down, not long after coming to this hospital. We didn't know what to expect, but we were so pleasantly surprised with how wonderful they were. We could not have asked for more compassion and understanding, in what was a heart wrenching experience. I will continue to tell everyone I know how wonderful Dr. Ollis and her staff are, as well as how caring. They truly make you feel like your animal is their top priority.
