Do not waste your time here. These people CANNOT help you. They have a strict no-surgery rule and will only tell you to try using expensive allergy medicine that doesn't even work.
I had an appt w/ this office a couple of weeks ago & when I made the appt I stated the reason I needed the appt is for a sleep study to see if I still needed to wear my CPAP. I saw Dr. Chang & he told me he would order a home sleep study. A couple of days later I get a call from another Drs office telling me I had been referred to them for a sleep study. I explained my Dr had ordered the sleep study & I shouldn't have to see another Dr. They explained that I would have to consult w/ the sleep specialist prior to getting a sl... read more
Scheduling was so easy. All the staff and nurses were attentive and nice. Dr Chang actually sat down and listened to me, answered alllllll my questions and gave me peace. He was very informative, professional and did I mention cute? Lol. Not looking forward to the surgery but wouldn't have anyone else do it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Office overcharges at time of visit and makes no proactive attempt at refund. Also schedules “consult” visits for established clients which seems like a money grab and waste of valued time.
Easily the worst doctor's office experience that we've had so far! We booked an 4p appointment with Dr. West at the Wylie location for our daughter's sinus issues. We arrived way early for this appointment and finished paperwork - only to be seated outside for the next 1.5 hrs with no communication on when Dr. West can be visited. At 4:45p, Dr. West's family members came along to "visit" him.
