I wanted to get just an ice water because I’m pregnant and asked the lady if they just charge for the cup- she said yes (i’m thinking $1-2) and she told me it was $4.90. Like seriously why would anyone pay that much for an ice water!? And the best part was after I said wow I will pass and that I only wanted water because I was pregnant- she said no problem and threw the entire cup in the garbage. Complete waste of money! Way to go Cobb!
Will not be returning to this location. Poor customer service from the manager nonetheless has lost our interest in a place we frequent.
What's better than a movie. Lakeside 18 is great.
I have nothing but great things to say about this theater, its staff, and the whole experience. I attend movies several times a month here and appreciate the Moviegoer Club rewards as well. The theater seats are comfortable, the entire venue is clean and safe, and the snacks are fresh, too. Desiree also helped me with points credit for two films when I had forgotten my rewards card -- very quick and courteous response. Thanks!!
