Maintenance is helpful, however took about 2 months to fix the leak and patch in our ceiling. Mess and dust would be left behind. Had to contact management to be updated with the job being completed.
Chloe was the best! This is mine and my husbands first time moving out and she made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Her communication was amazing, she was kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us. We truly appreciate all of her hard work and support. 10/10 experience — we’re so grateful for everything she did for us!
