Be sure to get you rental insurance that includes fire because these apartments old electrical panels are catching fire. There has been 3 fires that completely toasted the apartments since I've lived here. One was caused by a candle and the other two was caused by an old faulty electrical panel which sparked and caught fire. Also do not have anything valuable or sentimental in your apartment because one apartment fire will affect the others in that section being that they are so close to each other.
