DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The sad part is these use to be wonderful apartments until the management decided to keep changing. Now the current management completely failed to mention the portal where you pay rent is not going to be functioning until after rent is due and they are not waiving late fees. It is October 31st and they are just now telling people to pay by cashier check only!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND TRASHY! Do yourself a favor and find some where else to live! Me encanta vivir aquí tienen una vista increíble del lago y el personal es muy atento siempre están atentos a mis pedidos o consulta, Gia Guerra es una excelente Manager siempre resolviendo todo estoy muy contenta con todo el personal, aprovecho en felicitarte a los chicos de mantenimiento también.
Our new Manager, Gia and the office staff are taking care of business and the maintenance crew is doing a good job. There is still the issue with the gates but I'm hoping that gets replaced soon. People are moving in and I hope they decide to stay. I've met a few good friends and we're looking for more. If you are looking for a new place by all means stop by and tell them Randy sent you.
As a resident of Lakeshore Villas , I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and property... The staff is always kind and accommodating as well as taking care of all of my needs. If any issues occur they are always addressed and taken care of immediately.. The property is always kept nice, animal friendly and the amenities are always clean and available... On-site security Personnel is actually amazing and always there to help.... I have lived here over 10 years and I cannot imagine living anywhere else...
