I’ve been here for a while and I probably won’t be renewing my lease. Ever since new management came at the end of 2024, the service has been horrible. I put in service requests and they sit there for WEEKS without being resolved. I’m paying for pest control and my apartment doesn’t get sprayed. The price to live here is going up, but the quality of service has gone down. If you’re looking to move here, don’t lease until you see reviews about management getting it together!
We have been living here since 2022 and the property has been on and off with management. There was a fantastic maintenance crew that took care of the property extremely well until the end of 2024. The entire crew was let go with no information sent to the residents. The management was changed after the first of the year and doesn't seem to know what's going on here. This apartment scammed me out of $150! Do not stay here. Everything they say is a lie and completely untrustworthy. The management is extremely unprofessional and treats guests with no responsibility. This behavior is outright fraud. Be very careful and avoid getting scammed like I did
Love the office staff and how quick maintenance get the work done.
The whole staff was welcoming and attentive when inquiring about availability! Gia and Amari were amazing! They went the extra mile to make moving in hassle free The walking trail is nice with a phenomenal view & residents are friendly
