place sucks they made me pay for a strep throat test and failed to tell me that I needed cash when the doctor told me I could E-Transfer??
This clinic is a complete waste of time. Showed up with a sprained ankle from a workplace injury an hour before close and the reception literally lied to my face about number of people waiting (said 8 but only 2 people in waiting room) and instructed me to walk 40 mins to the nearest clinic.
Been here a few times in 2 years. Went today and didn’t have the best experience. They supposedly open at 10. The receptionist didn’t come into her shift and unlock the doors til about 10:05. They had sick people standing in the cold waiting for them to open. The dr then came in late at about 10:15-10-20 am while the waiting room got packed. Dr was okay during our interaction.
Didn't have time to thank Dr D'Silva for her incredible work and help. Receptionist was sweet and professional as well. I've been in this clinic 3 times and each visit was satisfied. Waiting room, washroom and everyting else were nice and clean. Thank you so much for your service. Will come again despite all negative reviews.
