Amazing place
I have lived in Lakeshore Village for 19 wonderful years. It is incredibly well maintenance and the staff is responsive if an issue arises. I am fortunate to have lovely neighbors and live in a peaceful area in the middle of Lakeshore Village. The pool is a fantastic amenity in the summertime that is well kept. Living in a condo community, there is, of course, restrictions and considerations, but I have not found any of them to be unreasonable in all my years here.
In most ways it's a great place to live. The HOA fee is more reasonable that most. There's a large pool, decent gym, and pickleball court. It's well maintained, and neighbors are generally quiet and friendly. It's also a very short walk from Kroger and close to the lake and downtown St Clair Shores. But there is a huge caveat. They spray the entire huge property's lawn with pesticides and are thus poisoning dogs, children, our watershed, us and our wildlife.
