They have changed their name to Windpoint Apartments for the record, which apparently has a separate google pin. Either way, let the record show that Lakeshore Village Apartments went down hill fast, as it was not just 3 years ago I wrote a glowing 5 star review of it. During which time they have gone through multiple staff changes and are not recovering so far.
This is an OK place to live I have lived her for 2 years now the management is nice and if you are behind on you're rent they will work with you as long you honor the agreement you have with them for the price I guess its ok. Lakeshore: PLEASE!!!! Post the office hours! Now that we are restricted to them for being able to put money on the laundry card those hours NEED to be posted HERE, on your external door, and your main website. -------------------------------------------------- So, We have been here for a few years now and the experience has felt like it is getting worse. I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone! She is very unprofessional and that’s just the beginning. If you work a first shift Monday-Friday and can’t get home until after 5, you will never get a chance to see the landlord in person. She has assistants who are available on weekends who try to work with you, however there’s not too much that they can do without her. There is after hours maintenance that’s on campus, however they will tell you that it takes a hour and a half to get to you but will NEVER show. If you h... read more
I have lived here for a few years now. the experience has be well below par. between the first manager I had and the second the second was better but LIED to me about problem neighbors being taken care of, they never were, they never take care of anything when you ask. they installed new doors but now they never shut because they were not done right.
