So me and my husband moved in a week ago. Everything was copacetic as long as they got the $500 deposit, and apparently $320 for prorated rent(which was only 283.06). Still unsure where the number came from? Our kitchen faucet spraying water everywhere, our hall bathtub is constantly dripping, hall toilet is ALWAYS running, master bathtub faucet is SUPER loose, and the carpet in every entryway is coming up.
