The employees and owner of the store are very personable, professional, and helpful. They understand their business and customer service at a high level. It is nice to deal with pleasant people in a clean environment with out having to cut through a haze of cloud blowing hipsters.

They sold me wick coils that were broken, almost every time. Lots of sales gimmicks, for selling garbage. Their location makes me keep going there but regret it every single time. Guess I have to take trips to Grand Haven to buy ecig stuff. I am so angry with myself for falling for their crap every time. Angry at them for selling me unusable garbage.
This place has the greatest small town feel. Know your name kind of place. When i moved out of state i couldnt find any place like lakeshore vapors. So i ordered online, and they are so awesome. Theu called me saying they looked through my history and were confirming that what i ordered was what i actually wanted.
A great place to get EVERYRHING you need to stop smoking. Great staff with tons of E-Liquid strengths & flavor.
Have been in many times had a lot of questions, even through e-mail have gotten great service. Thank you for helping me quit smoking.
