It has taken me months to calm down and write this rationally. Earlier this year I went to see Dr. Lynam, who I have no issue with, for testosterone replacement therapy and was told they would request my most recent medical and blood test records from my primary care. I had a follow-up appointment a couple of weeks later. I show up at the appointment and wait 30+ minutes in the room before Dr. Lynam and nurse Jake come in and tell me that they had not received my records and would have to send me to have new blood work done.... read more
