Had a discogram lumber surgical procedure done today. I had a great experience there. From when I walked in to the front desk and went back to the nurses that took care of me. I want to thank all the nurses there that did a great job. I want to thank the two nurses that started my IV they were so nice there. Dr. Dasari did a fabulous job.2-13-18 Mark N . All the nurses have a good sense of humor. Thank you for putting up with my joking around . I do that when I’m nervous and thank you for putting up with me.
Horrible......will not go there again. Nursing staff more interested in talking to each other about their personal lives than taking care of their patients, treat family members like they are in the way & have no right to know what's going on. Billing is nuts-multiple accounts for the same patient-no help when contacted (either a voicemail that goes unanswered, or someone that is very rude on the phone & will not explain anything).
