I still have nightmares about this place, the doctor, and my treatment before and after the procedure. Firstly, I was actually brought into a room with another patient that was having the procedure the same day as me. He discussed the procedure with both of us. To me, that was a HIPPA violation having us both in that room at the same time versus speaking to us as individual patients. Secondly, I was taken back and took my clothes off in a tiny lil cubicle that was inside the actually operating room. There wasn't a room with a bed that I was prepped for the procedure in. After the procedure, I literally got up from the produce table, walked into the little cubicle to get dressed, was put in a wheelchair, and wheeled out of the back door to our vehicle. There was no room with any recovery time or care after the procedure. This was not the experience that I expected for all of the money that we paid. The entirety of my time there, I was uncomfortable, uncertain, and very scared because it wasn't at all what was presented prior to going there. I ended up in the emergency room with an infected incision site and took months to fully heal. Lastly, afterwards, I never had a successful pregnancy . One tube was completely blocked. I suffered two chemical pregnancies that were never able to make it to implantation. I have evident scarring as well. I had yet another nightmare last night about the doctor and this place. If I has to do it all over again, I wouldn't have ever gone to this place.
