Can't say enough good about this place. So helpful and friendly. Ended up purchasing a new machine and was told when I am ready come back and they will give me a class on it. Customer service is great. Check them out.

I have received such incredible service time and time again from the good folks at lakeshore. Both on a machine I purchased from them and on one I did not. Even on my machine from elsewhere, they helped me solve some problems free of charge and even carried my machine out to my car for me. Thank you so much!
Just stopped to turn my 27-year old machine in for a badly needed tune up. Cadyn grabbed it and fixed the poor thing while we waited. . . At NO charge. ❤️ this place!
