John is highly unethical. 3 hours before we arrived, he knew we were driving 2 hours to see one particular RV. We arrived on time and he sold it to someone who just stopped by. This man has no integrity. Don't buy anything from Lakeshore RV sales.
Just bought a trailer everything worked out great
I bought an RV from Lakeshore RV last December. It was advertised as "everything works". As it is parked on the lot it is impossible for a customer to confirm what is working. I was twice assured that it would be checked and everything confirmed working before it left the lot. After receiving the RV I realized the RV refrigerator not only did not work but was missing an essential control board that had been removed and was unavailable (cost to replace complete unit in kind $3200). Amazing experience bought my first RV here
John was very rude!! Before we bought the RV, he assured us everything would be in working order and there would be no leaks. We get it and the roof leaks. Call him up he says he will send someone out for a cost of $350.00. They come out and it leaks at the ladder area that was supposed to be caulked (like we had asked before purchading it).
