Called Lakeshore RV and spoke with Sales Representative John Sobszak. What EXCELLENT customer service, its the best we have ever received over the phone or in person! He was on the phone with us for over 40 minutes, answering our many questions regarding a couple different model RV's with no intention of making a sale. Our experience with John Sobczak was great. He did everything he said he would do, returned phone calls promptly, and was very knowledgeable about 5th wheel campers. No service after the sale. I bought my $30K 2019 Keystone Outback 26RBS Travel Trailer from them on October 25, 2019 based on price. They are great at taking your money but if you need help after the sale, good luck! The staff I dealt with prior to signing went well, but afterwards not so well.After leaving the dealership, defects began to surface in the unit itself. Well we finally purchased our new camper after looking for about 6 months at local dealers. We met Will Frohriep on line and he helped us through the whole prosses and with no pressure on our end. I probably bothered him more than anything. Well we are very happy with the camper and Will's knowledge and help with the purchase. Just bought a 2018 travel trailer. Scott K was our salesman and was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Had a few missing items on trailer when we got home and received the parts by mail within a couple of days without any hassle. Excellent customer service from Scott. The rest of the staff was friendly and patient with us as we were first time owners of an RV.
